Hey guys got a m1008 cucv all stock and the starter burned out. bad relay. lesson learned there. Had the shop replace along with a new 24 volt starter. Starts no problem but now there is 24 volts going into both alternators. Blowing the fuse between the driver side alternator and the junction on the firewall therefore not allowing it to charge the front battery. I am very limited in my knowledge about electrical issues and the shop is running out of ideas? htey are a very reputable off road shop but have never seen a 24 volt system like these have. They wired everything back like they thougt it was still no good though. I have downloaded all the wiring diagrams but agian no luck. I feel it has got to be something relatively simple but danged if I know what. ANy help would be appreciated. Thanks.

What wires did they remove and reconnect?

Usually when a starter burns up it will take out a couple of fusable links along the way.

Have them check all the fusable links and then wiring going to the alternators.

Sounds like they might not have put everything back where it belongs.

Any pictures you can provide of the alternator wiring and starter relay wiring will help.
