Most of us probably buy engine and gear oil by the 5 gal pail. When you go to pour it into a oil kettle it tends to spill and make a mess. Well I bought a couple of hand pumps that mount on to 5 gal pails. My neighbor turned me on to them when I was helping him service the tractors for planting this year and they work pretty good. Whats really neat about using one on a bucket of gear oil is you can put the spout right into the fill hole in the Tcase, Tranny, or Diff to make for easier fill up. You can even put your bucket of engine oil on the fender and pump directly into the engine. Ijust thought I would share this bit of information in the hopes of making things easier for somebody else.
