Delaware will register, title and tag HMMWVs as a commercial. Some of the DMV workers are uninformed on the process though

I purchased mine from a WY guy and it was already titled. But transferring that and getting it plated wasn’t difficult. No different than any of my other vehicles. They asked what it was. No issues. Handful of humvees running around. I’d consider WY green.

Ohio is hit or miss depending on the DMV office. I got a title and plate off an SF-97 and the GP Reassignment form, but they wanted to physically inspect it, and see the data plate with the "Tire Info" before they would proceed. And even then, the manager gave it a "Well.... Just do it then" directive to the employee.

I find it amazing that Florida is not friendly but the peoples republic of Massachusetts is friendly.??

I do appreciate Wisconsin's rules of $5.00 non-expiring registration of MV's (I wish they would change their rules prohibiting tracked MV's). Wisconsin HMV Registration Form
