I will be coming out, wont have the duece, no title yet. If any one in the Harford area wants to ride out, I have a crew cab with plenty of room, or wants to convoy out, I'll play blocker and take pictures along the way.

I am with CUCVFAN. I know I said initially I could make it, but I may have to bail. Neil and I are getting a 5 tonner delivered that morning and my timeline on getting my M151A2 ready for Aberdeen just got pushed up so he and I are hitting that truck after the 5 ton arrives. I will make it if I am able...sorry guys.

We are on for Saturday. I have talked to Golden Corral and they have 20 seats set aside for us for Saturday from 0900-1100. We can do our swapping before or after preferably. I do want to discuss a possible SS activity at Walter Reed or Bethesda.

I feel your pain. I had to escort a Soldier to Walter Reed for medical evaluation. That was the most two boring days of my life. The receptionist had me move across the waiting room away from them, seems my snoring was disrupting their work. I was told I could take a nap while I waited.

I'm planning on going too.

Well, here's the status of my Front Royal area convoy buddies:

dm22630: has brake problems with his deuce, unable to drive up
ShieldWolf37: has to work, can't tag along
rsites: sent PM, no response heard

So, I will be driving the deuce up myself, and my daughter cutedawg22 will be coming along (hey, she had to have an online moniker and this worked).

I also will be bringing up some odds and ends to peddle if anyone wants to wheel and deal. Look forward to seeing everyone!

Well, had a nice meeting, met some new folks, talked about green iron over brunch and coffee. My daughter was in tow, she wasn't thrilled with the truck ride, but oh well, life as a single father. About 60 miles each way from Front Royal to Frederick, not bad.

Didn't take many pics - 3 deuces showed up, 9 Steel Soldiers in attendance. Nice quaint get together. Hope to do it again sometime!
