Well, I bought/won one a year ago, and things have just gotten in the way for me to mess with it, but I'm getting back into it. My purpose was to set this up to a manual transfer switch for back-up house power, in which I need single phase 230V for my well pump. Since this isn't exactly set up that way, there was a re-wiring post/instructions somewhere to make this work. I think I have the link saved.
However, I have asked around to some people I think are pretty savvy on things, and they say it would be no harm to simply wire the 230V legs to two of the three lugs and set the gen for 3 phase operation. And I could also use the third leg to power a normal 120V circuit.
Any thoughts?
