So, after about two hours, I found the issue. Probably was the problem all along.

I didn't take a picture, but it was the 90deg 4an fitting at the fuel pickup. I don't recall loosening it at all, but it was loose. So, it was sucking some air. Tightened it up, let it purge, and it ran fine. Stumbled a bit a few times, burping the last bit of air out, but that was it.

EDIT: I had to take that cover off, added the picture below

Replaced a but more hardware when I had the back cover off again. Got the 4 hour 100% load test done.

Only issue that came up during the load test was finding out that the sender has a dead spot around the 2/3 tank area and dies out, so it will need to be changed. Otherwise, it was perfect at 60htz. No leaking. Gauges all right where they should be. No odd noises.

Finish painting it, swap the sender, and get my stencil set in & I think it will be ready for service!

Well, put the new fuel sender in. Wasn't it! But, here was the process...

You have to set the new one up to match the old one. Takes a little while, but nothing major.

Link to fuel sender - https://amzn.to/3ojYSN4

Before you remove the old one, make a mark to where the orientation is, and what wire goes where. Here is a picture, but it is the new one. Same idea;

Anyways, this is what the new one looks like next to the old, with exception of the new float not being attached because it's like 2ft long.

Remove the center extention and attach the bottom right to the top. Then, set the length to match.

Then, loosen the 1/2 nut and rotate the whole post to match up with the same way the old one is. This is important so the float will float correctly into the sump & get it's full range when installed. It is why you make the markings as well before removing. Fuel senders only line up the bolt patter one way. Then, snip the new float to length, and install. The length of the rod on the float is 3 inches from the bend to the snip.

Then, just put it back in. Kind of a swirly gig to get it back into place with the tank installed. I zip tied to extra wire length to keep in from being loose in the tank as this universal one, it's much longer.

Don't over tighten the screws.

So anyways, after that, gauge was still dead. Confirmed I had 24v and a solid 54ohm reading at the gauge. I guess my gauge died. The ground seemed fine. I may try to jump it to another ground tomorrow to see, but, it was a take off from a unit that had not top & was rained on a lot. I have a brand new one on the way to put in.

Always something when you think it's done!

I am going to add a picture of the fitting that was loose to my above post since I had the cover off.

Your other responses were removed my moderators, because selling in the forums goes against the rules here. If they keep seeing you do it, they will just keep removing your posts or worse. FYI.

I ended up moving this one onto a M116A3 trailer. Going to clean it all up a bit & complete to trailer kit, covert the trailer to 12v, and list it for sale like that I think. Been dragging my feet with everything else going on. Market is kind of flooded with the people buying them & putting the fluids in them so they start, then putting a primo price on them as "serviced" popping up locally. Luckily, I have a thread like this to show what a real "service" looks like. Of course, GovPlanet is taking their time on sending a title to me for the trailer, so I'm not in a rush. Want to have that in hand before listing anyways.

I finally got the title for the trailer, finished doing the service I wanted to do on it, & cleaned/tested everything one last time before I wanted to have it ready to list. It's a gem!
