MEP-802A Radiator side door data plate

Looking for which plate goes on this location. If anyone has reasonable sources all ears. This is the side with the radiator filler.

This is the RIGHT SIDE. Control panel end is always the rear. The plate is not something you are going to find new. Anytime you see an SMR code of MDOZZ, that part can not be ordered. It must be made. You need to review the -24 TM for instructions on how to make it.
