The MEP002s are notorious for vibration if you are not used to them. Mine was walking all over the place on the concrete pad I poured for it. I went to a local Rural King supply and purchased some 1/2" foam. It is 48" wide and I got a 2' length of it, cut it in half and put one under each of the runners. Made a world of difference. The foam is typically used for horse stalls and other uses and can be bought at any farm supply store or Tractor Supply.
The vibration dampers can also be bad on the genset but try it on the foam first unless there are visible signs of bad mounts.
