Mep701a stopped producing power

Guyfang, thanks for that. There's no way ill be able to perform those procedures. I don't think I've ever taken anything apart and put it pack together right. I might just bite the bullet and buy a different unit.

There is someone in the forum giving away a MEP-701A. Look in to it.

So today I applied 24 volts to the f1 and f2 points on the VR. When I do this my Hertz meter pins to the maximum, then when I take the 24 volts off its goes completely dead again. Also my AC volts bounce between 0-10. Any ideas?
