Military Electrical Sealant

Morning,

When I was in, before deployment when the radio guys would outfit a HMMWV, they would seal off all contacts and bolts with a grey rubber sealant. Anyone know what this stuff is? I believe it keeps the contacts protected and if I remember correctly they just peeled it all off when they were done. I'd like to use a bit of this on some bolts if I can figure out what it is. I did some searches and potentially it's this stuff:

It's called EXPENSIVE! :smile: Only the military can afford that stuff. Just buy a good brand of silicon sealer over at Home Defect and be done with it.
