What is a "deadman axle stuffing shaft"?

This a computer printed sticker that has been stuck on the instrument panel of a MK48 FPU next to the speedometer.

Thanks for any insight you might have. I've tried searching both here and google, and have come up empty handed. In the TM's (TM-08780B-), I can't find any reference to stuffing shaft or deadman axle. I found a deadman switch, but that's on the remote control for the crane.

Thanks for the guess, makes sense to me. It was on a GP auction out of FL. A MK48 Tractor Truck, that I put a low bid on and didn't win. But it went for $17.5k, way more than I wanted to pay even if it didn't have that questionable sticker in the cab.
