MVPA Convention- alternate camping location ?

I was at the Knob Creek machine gun shoot this week end- and a friend made a statement about the MVPA show in Louisville Ky. at the Center in June about how he would like to attend as I would - but when I checked into it - it was available camping area was the asphalt parking lot - no camp fires and no tents ( no peg wood or metal anchors in asphalt parking lot ).
So we started talking about how great it would be to camp at Knob Creeks area
only 30 minutes from the show with camp fires and tent camping with a place to drive the MV vehicles around.
So we decided to talk to Kenny ( owner of Knob Creek ) about the chances of
having access to the camp grounds - he liked the idea - and asked if we would
have any idea about how many people would attend- for insurance and security
and we as a group would provide to portable johns.
So the question is how many people are interested in camping at Knob Creek
with camping with camp fires and a place to drive around your MV and 30 minutes from the show.

The convention is June 26-28 2014 for those that don't know. I had to look it up myself and thought I'd save someone else the trouble.
