Installed the siren today and she spins up nicely. Picked up my windshield glass and gasket material and knocked that out. A bit of a PITA, but overall I'm happy with the results. Also installed the patch panel floorboard on the drivers side. Paint Masks came in today so I'll be knocking that out this week. Waiting for my top bows.

Mark, Great work on the Jeep! I just picked up a 1943 MB but it is going to need a lot of work.

Doing lots of little but time consuming stuff ... waiting for my top bows .. installed my horn today just to make sure all fits and lines up ..will pull it off for paint. Radiator support rod bracket on radiator was missing, so scrounged one up from a damaged one that I had on the shelf. Got rid of the cheesy support the PO had installed to keep the radiator stable. Pulled speedo so I can get the new cable installed. Also installed a couple of brackets on the siren cable ... Most of the paint masks are complete, although I am a bit disappointed in how much paint slipped under the mask and will need to be touched up now. Have done several vehicles and this is the 1st time I've had this issue with my paint masks. Oh well, into every life  .

Can we see a couple of pics? [thumbzup]
These are the good sides of it. LOL It's going to be a long road to bring her back to life.
A little more rust then I would of liked. Looking for the right motor for it, it has a locked up
F- head in it now.

Got my new Arizona title for a 1942 Ford GPW and plates today. Original title I had when I picked her up was for a 1942 Willys. Just some cleanup of a couple of paint masks, add two more to the front bumper (My star and HQ-1) and I need to let the old canvas top sit out in the sun a bit to loosen up.
