Just to stand or sit on if at parade or 4x4 event and hold the 55" led light bar and four 4" led lights at each corner of it.

Very nice looking 939, I have never seen that platform before did somebody build that out of an LWS or was that as issued?

Platform is homemade. Just mounted to lws poles. Its unistrut frame welded together with 4'x8' sheet of 1/4" aluminum diamond plate bolted on top.

Here couple more pics of top. I just used rattle can camo paint to paint it so it looks like it belongs. Just no paint on top didn't want to make it anymore slippery. Also have pipe flanges bolted to corners to screw pipe in for umbrella holder to have some shade while up there. uploadfromtaptalk1394143053903.jpguploadfromtaptalk1394143080301.jpguploadfromtaptalk1394143093125.jpguploadfromtaptalk1394143109993.jpg

Do you get much glare on the hood from having the light bar up top? I'm debating from a windshield mount and mounting to the front grill above the the bumper

Glare off house looks worse than it is and pic really doesn't show how bright it is because of light reflecting off house. uploadfromtaptalk1394153390876.jpg
