OK I used a THULE rack. Cost was $100 for the pair and as I have two M1009's that are getting this style of light, I considered $50 for the rack not too bad. Came off of Craigslist locally.
The two brackets I used were Thule load stops. I got them for $12 plus s&h.
RandyLBarnes drilled the three rivets out, pounded the sheetmetal flat and then attached the metal side back with bolts.
The lights are Whelen's. 1079's and are fairly old. They came with an even older power supply, also Whelen. I paid $48.90 shipped off of Ebay.
