Lets play a game of name that part!

I pulled my M1009 out of the garage Sunday and found this little guy under the vehicle. I have no idea where it came from- maybe someone here could help? There is a slight possibility it isn't even from my Blazer. I was removing an old garage door opener last week and maybe it fell out of that but I want to know for certain. Thanks fellas!

Garage door part, square shank goes thru a pully or sheave on the overhead rod and holds spring tension. Have you open the door lately?

Yeah I have. I removed an old opener the other day and I had a feeling it was from the door opener. It was suspect though because it was way under the truck. Figured I would ask around.
