NO not safe at highway speed. Like a farm hay wagon, they start going side to side (to the limits of the steering) beginning at about 25 mph. Higher speeds get worse...all depending on the "tightness" in the front steering.
AF used them for ware house Ops and flight line , Will sway hard side to side above twenty. twenty five , Two other post are "ACCURATE", handy , but not for road use.
