I got that 186-6198 and part count called for 4. I searched on the 186-6196 and it showed figure 13 and the diagram part number 5: I think this is the crankshaft bolt.On the 802a I'm showing part number 186-6198.
Check with Evil Dr. Porkchop he has a 803 with a bad motor he is parting out.Anyone know where I can get an 803 crankshaft bolt. The one that goes in the water pump end of engine. I have reached out to someone that had parts listed in classifieds but no answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

He gets busy at times , he's a good guy to deal with.He is the person I contacted I mentioned. He has a few things I would like to buy, but he never got back to me. Who knows.....

I was given to understand that William passed away this week. Someone I know called for a part, and was told that.Try Delks Army Navy. 1-336-629-0991. Ask to speak to William. Try to figure out if you need anything else so you can save on shipping.
Just spoke with him not 10 days ago on something. That's too bad.I was given to understand that William passed away this week. Someone I know called for a part, and was told that.
Parts count, is I think you mean how many in the set? In that case, its 1, (one) each.I got that 186-6198 and part count called for 4. I searched on the 186-6196 and it showed figure 13 and the diagram part number 5: I think this is the crankshaft bolt.
Green Mountain has an "MEP802A-MEP803A BOLT Onan 186-6196" but no usable description. They do have a Lister Petter part number of 751-14250.
Good luck.....
Looks like a right hand thread and NSN does not match, though: https://www.thexmod.com/item_detail.asp?id=1732
Run the NSN/PART NUMBER through www.parttarget.com it should give you the specs. If you get it at a off the shelf bolt house you need to get the correct hardness bolt. What are the dimensions of this specific bolt? Unless its some weird dimensions/thread I would think it should be available at most any place that carries left hand thread bolts at a fraction of the obscene prices being asked in some places.
