Does anyone know where I can find an engine computer for the Detroit Series 60 engine in the M915A2 Freightliner trucks? I've searched everywhere with no luck.
If you do not have a core there will be a core charge.
You will need your Engine Serial Number and Build Spec number - tells what the engine was built with and your VIN.
You could to straight to Williams Detroit Diesel or Freightliner both will have an up charge to download and hookup for a new computer.
Having a core will save you a bundle.
Bring your ECM to Williams Detroit. Have them reprogram your new ECM and when finish, they will turn in your old one and they will not charge you a core charge.
