Need flatbedding in Kentucky

Hey all,

At this point it's not set in stone, but there is a strong likelyhood that I'll need a Deuce to be flatbedded from Fort Knox to Glasgow, Kentucky. Depending on if I can swing it, I'll need to have someone ready to go at the end of the month to pick up the truck and bring it here.

I had previously talked to someone who had offered to flatbed a truck for $100, but unfortunately I've forgotten his name. Hopefully he'll see this post and offer his services again.

As I said, this isn't set in stone, as my buying this truck depends on what the final auction price is, but I'm going to make every attempt and if I win the bid I'll need a flatbed ASAP. Any help is appreciated. Thanks guys!

If this is a GL ( Government Liquidators ) Auction, you will probably have a month or two to arrange shipping, while you wait for the EUC to clear.

Just keep in mind, if you ask somebody to haul it that doesn't know the size of the deuce, don't tell them you need a flatbed. A deuce is too tall for a flatbed tractor/trailer.

edit- I guess it would fit on a flatbed with the top removed, windshield down, and stack off but it would be much easier on a single drop.

That's a good point.

We hauled our M35A2s on a low-boy semi trailer, and it was close, but low enough. We were going to haul them on a Landall (A roll back, flat bed semi trailer) and it was going to be to tall.

Yeah, I would need a low-boy trailer. Wrong choice of word on my part.

Anyone available for hire that has a low boy?
