need help!!!! crank and no start

ok i have a 86 6.2 cucv and i have cranking with no start. my thinking is the gloplugs but i just had them replaced with wellman plugs, but they dont seem to get hot, the relay on the firewall does click over.

new to diesels.

yea i have and i just tried taking all of the glow plugs out but i got to one that wont come out i can get it loose but like the end is catching on something what could that be and could that be my problem?

It is possible your glow plugs are burnt out. The glow plug is catching because it is carboned up or expanded and failed. Try to pull the plugs out with twisting motion, If any of them break off, remove injector and try to remove broken part with magnet, This is very important. Check that voltage is correct to plugs so you do'nt burn out some more. See glow plug control sticky.

I just went through a refurbishment of my glow plug system. Jumper the light blue wire in the card to ground and see if the relay clicks. If the relay clicks and the voltmeter doesn't drop (do this with the key in) when the relay clicks, the relay is bad.
