Need help identifying this winch kit

I thought there was something on the logsa site that allows you to look up NSN numbers but I cannot find it. A friend of mine is trying to ID this winch kit. On the crate it says

In the crate is a winch with cable, a lead of chain, a small snatch block, a short driveshaft, a PTO, levers, and some other misc parts. What truck is this for? And where can one look up NSN numbers to ID parts?

The only other pic I took is of the PTO. Most of the data plate is not legible in the pic, but it is a single speed PTO.

Nothing on FEDLOG or LOGSA on that FSN, (or NSN if you know the details of that all..) Whatever it is, it's not used in this man's Army anymore.

Can you get a side or another view of the winch? I am wondering if it might be for a Gamma goat?! Maybe?

That is a really odd looking PTO. It doesn't look much like a tranny version, maybe some kind of T-Case unit.
