If it's running, $2k is a good price for that truck, at least on the west coast. 2x on the don't scrap the bed! I would also start with filters, that was my first thought when you described your symptoms - and good rule of thumb is to go with gimp's suggestion when he makes one.

Also - $100 ea for those 2 body parts is a good price if they are in good shape. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.
