Well Just starting my search. I have been looking at Deuces for awhile but now starting to lean more towards the M931A1 5 ton.

Looking at Gov auctions, But the Vehicle conditions are a bit confusing.

Not sure what the Minimum condition for a driver would be?

And is there a way to find out what exactly is needed on the vehicles?

This looks like a great place to start for more info.

My Jeep is not Ex-Military actually a ’47 CJ2A, with MB ¼ ton 4.88:1 Axles under it. Original flat head and 3 speed.

If you are able to, we are having a Historic Military Vehicle Owners get together on this Saturday at the Military Veterans Museum, 4300 Poberzney Road, Oshkosh, WI.

Great place to meet some owners and learn more about military trucks.

As far as GL goes, unless you go out and inspect before bidding (or have someone else do it) there is no real way of telling. That's why some of the prices are lower than normal market prices.

Been procrastinating all summer finishing the body work on the RamCharger.

Really need to get it done with the great weather we have coming this weekend.
