Hello! new guy here looking to buy first M35A2 around the Louisiana area and gain good knowledge. As far as what I am looking for is possible the tires already swapped to 43-46" singles, PTO winch, and at least the canvas and bows for the bed.

Your terminology is rather vague...

By "2.5" I'm decoding that you're interested in a 2-1/2 Ton Truck (aka: Deuce and a Half) such as an M35A2 or M35A3 or possibly an FMTV series truck. Each of these, although all Deuces, are very different vehicles.

Would it be a cargo truck, a box van/maintenance bodied MV, or one of the many other variants that Uncle Sam has surplused out over the years?

Narrowing down your interests for us would be quite helpful so that you aren't swamped with tangent input.
