Ref your "stuck clutch" problem.....
check the linkage under the cab. There are a couple "yokes" that, if the clevis bolts are overtightened, will BIND and no allow the pivots to function.
Rookies tend to want to TIGHTEN everything without realizing there are some things that are supposed to be allowed to move.
We had this problem on our Deuce when we got it. The Fire Chief believed it was "another bad clutch".... I wonder if the same guy kept snugging the bolts every time they worked on it.
