Today, after charging the battery overnight, I reinstalled the battery. I poured gas down into the carb and checked to make sure fuel was getting to the carb from the gas tank. I crossed my fingers and ... forgot to change out the spark plugs. So, changed the plugs and set the gap to .40. Not sure if that's correct or not. Back to crossed fingers, hit the start button... oops, almost forgot, had to pull out power switch, then hit start button. Starter engaged and turned over the motor. Nothing else happened. Just for giggles I regapped the plugs to .30. Still nothing. So, after venting a bit, I started chasing wires. I know the starter wiring is good. I also get continuity on all wires up to the coil. I had to stop at that point cause it were getting dark and cold. Tomorrow, I'll check the coil and see if spark is getting to the plugs.
