Picked mine up on Monday July 18, No EUC required.

It seems that this EUC requirement was first posted from here in Alaska. However, they must have forgotten. I know of one person with an EUC pending, and if I dare say about future sales - currently the trailers all require EUC's as described in their description.

no EUC on a trailer from Fort McCoy last week. They just sent me a paid in full invoice and I can go pick it up.
The wifey isn't too happy but is she ever?

You probably have to coordinate with the site manager, but yeah, no EUC you should be good to go. I won a couple non-vehicle things last week, and I'm happy to be going to pick them up tomorrow instead of waiting for a dang EUC to clear.

Never thought about no ECU that you might be able to sell to non US citizen. Good question, I am interested in what others have to say on this subject.

I just won a M101a1 from Fort Lewis - 7/21/11 - no EUC needed on that entire lot. Though the next lot that went up - 7/28/11 - did need the EUC.

I was told that the army if phasing out the 101's from all inventory, so that is why the change is happening, because it is no longer a "fielded" army item???

I just bid on several M101a1, a2, and a3 trailers as well as some M105's located in Colorado. All required EUC's.

It seems to be arbitrary. I bought 1 M101 out of Havre De Grace with no EUC, and 2 a week later requiring EUC's. 1 in Chambersburg from the same sale, didn't require EUC.
