On the transfer case there is an air cylinder which shifts the sprag to work from forward to reverse - you should hear air releasing when going from 1st to reverse...
I was looking into converting mine into a selectable front wheel drive and welding up the sprag - might just go to a 900 series t-case later on...
I also like the way they secured the hook - looks like a shackle and tow block off a duece bumper... And the spade bar storage is pretty unique - never seen them stuffed there before!
- Is there a tube they welded in; or just some keeper plates? I would be interested in seeing more pics of that and the hook shackle...
