Start by counting the big wires going to the buss bar, you should have one to the starter, one to the alt, one to the slave connector and if you have the AUX. power connector behind the pass seat one to there.
Here is what I got on the buss bar

1 going to starter
1 going to battery post
1 going to aux power
There was 1 more but I deleted it...as i removed the slave connector

and thats it

The large 1/0awg wire in the diagram from the buss bar is missing...however the random exta cable that connects the extra isolated post in the battery box does go up to the alternator area....can it be used for the positive to the alternator....meaning its not for anything else?...its an oddity or extra that shouldn't be there correct?

Yes it can, just run a 1-0 cable from the extra stud to the buss bar, also see if you can locate wires 2A and 56B (could be 5A)

Of course make sure there is nothing else connected to the "outside" of that stud but for the 1-0 cable to the alt.
