Newer style gauges/switchwork?

Anyone used, newer, nicer gauges/switches in their trucks? An updated, more modern look would be nice, either analog or digital.

Those look like Autometer gauges. Very common in the hotrod and offroad vehicle scene. Excellent gauges, and very, very, very easy to do given the gauge/dash panel setup in the MV's.

I think the OE gauges look "right" for the trucks, I can get modern gauges that LOOK like the OE gauges, as long as the gauge/s works, I see no need to change them, if not broke don't fix it, also the OE switches have been here since the first M series, they almost always work, my 43 year old switches still work, that is a lot more then a "MODERN" switch made in China will ever get.
