All lights work fine except for the brake lights.....
New brake light assembly housings. Dielectric grease on connections
Brake switch has continuity when depressed, off when released

I disconnected the two #75 wires from the brake switch and jumped them thinking that would be a direct connection and eliminate the switch.....nothing.

In the trouble shooting section (12-20) it says to test the wiring harness Light switch for continuity by jumping A to K and press the brake pedal.... Assuming I need to unscrew the huge connector on the back of the 3 lever control switch assembly.....

Any ideas.... Thanks.

Here we go........ Did they ever work? Do the emergency flasher work? Turn signal? Check bulbs... YEP both. Wires not frayed, pins and sockets straight, clean not corroded, bent...etc. Opps. Just read new housing... Added another twist. Get that all wired in correctly? Got to swing back to first question here...

Lots going on in the turn signal switch. Brake circuit gets prioritized switching from solid brake or to flash / turn. (flasher does the blinky thing)

A spring or little dodad snaps inside and ..... poof.

Your on the right trail with that test. TM's are the BOMB. Get wallet ready for new parts. (crystal ball talking to me) TM's more reliable than ball, LOL

If you think that's a big connector try trouble shooting one with 55 pins, CAMO
