Here's what I did for mud flaps on my M818. These are Betts mud flap holders. I got the B86 kit and comes with both sides and the mounts. They are quickly removable with one pin holding them on. These are 3/4" thick and should be durable. I paid about $80 at Weldon Truck Parts but have seen them for less on-line. The mud flaps themselves are the super cheapos at about $6 each.

The flaps would look even better if you had someone laser cut "mudflap girls with helmets"
paint them olive drab and mount them.
I was going to put your typical chrome mud flap girl on there but my wife said no. I can't have no fun!!!:-(

I can make those women on vinyl and put them on a magnetic sheet so you can put them on and off any metal surface when the wife isnt looking.
Thanks for the offer A/C, But I think I better play it safe...rofl

Yeah I dont think those steel panels I gave you will ever rust thru before the rest of the trailer rusts away. lol
I will be bringing you a little more foam for it on Sat.

I dont think shes going to leak with all that goop there.
Now im waiting to see where you are going to mount that 50cal ring at.
Thanks for the metal n foam. The seams are being scraped then sealed n painted then roof top coating
Then painted. I need a side glass.
