TMNT, call me.

I've never been to the rally but am hoping to come on Friday. I've got a lot of parts for sale and am interested in buying some parts as well. Is there much buying and selling going on?

Thanks,
John
Big swap meet and you're welcome to a vendor spot. No cost for the spot.

We'll planning on coming Friday for the afternoon to look at the trucks, sell some parts, and buy some parts! :)

I'll plan on bringing the small parts (things I can fit in the bed of a pickup) but won't bring any of the larger items (tires, wheels, etc) unless someone chimes up and wants me to bring something. We'll be there around mid day Friday.

In addition to what's listed I'm also looking for a cab and side steps.

Thanks,
John

I had planned on getting there tuesday evening. But I've decided I'll hold off till wed. AM. Since I'll miss my middle son's football game Sat. I want to get at least to watch him in practice two more days this week.

I've got a lot of stuff packed up in the deuce and 105 trailer. We'll see ya there.

The only place I have ever seen as much bought and sold is at the Findlay, OH show. DH is correct, yes.

I am beyond disappointed, and I haven't even told my son yet. Y'all have fun and maybe I can catch you next year.
Jump in something non-military and come down for a few hours at least. The kid will love it. You can trail ride with someone else. There is plenty of room in the trail riding trucks. You know you can't wait another year.

Day 3 Report: Durhamtown was beautiful today, but again it is always beautiful at the GA Rally. The M62 made the 90 mile trip this morning in about 2 hours. No traffic at 7:00 am on the roads and turning 2700 rpm got me 52.5 miles per hour on the GPS and 3.46 miles per gallon.

It is hot in the sun and bring your sunscreen and hats but we should get about 8 degrees cooler towards the end of next week. The camping area and swap meet field look great. We have put out a yellow caution tape at the end of the field along the fence that will be the loading zone and parking for large trailers.

Swap Meet Update.
Drew (not Patracy) is camped down in the corner and is coordinating the swap meet vendors along with 73m819. We are going to start by parking along the fence near the road. We need to have a clear road around the perimeter and also through the middle of the field as laid out in the swap meet map.

First Aid Update
Tigger is setup with the first aid station

We have 2 porta potties on site Mens and Womens and will get more tommorrow after they have been cleaned.

Truck Repairs
Commander Z assisted and got EMD's M37 running today so John was estatic.

Ferro is fighting his M37 and the accelerator pump leather was cut and throwing gas into the carb causing it to run bad. Not sure his next move.

We will have a little rain tonight and through the morning then great weather the rest of the week.

Here is commander Zout approach with caution. We figured we would put the notice out early for everyone to approach this man with Caution. All broken things miraculously start running and you may be exposed to very extreme stories :)

I'm going to get a few things done to the Sprinter and drive it down and camp in it. Hoping to make it Wednesday afternoon/evening, Thursday at the latest.

I was *this* close to saying "screw it" and writing off the whole entire week, but you can Thank Spicy for talking me out of that. ;)
