Yes, I MAY make it after all. Not sure if I will have the paperwork straight on the m1061 to be able to pull it there. No way I would put a 151 in an M105 trailer though, too top heavy. Keep in mind I am not certain about even being able to make it out.

Well if you make it, you can haul back your own dang shelters (LOL).

But don't worry, that would open up a third can of worms.....a M720 with S280....I'll need look at that as my next item to move home unless it sells but then again...what would Joe Schaffer and I sleep in at the GA rally.

Wish I could bring my dog this year. My last dog attended 3 years ago and gained 50 pounds in one weekend. I know he ate 6 dinners one night. Folks kept feeding him food. That probably led to his coronary.

Jeep if you can't make it and your trailer is good for the trip I could tandem it with the shelters on it.

What are the size of the shelters and weight, might fit on my trailer.

I'm more liable to make it than the trailer. They are S-280 shelters. I believe at least one has air conditioners on it. Not sure on the weight. 2000 pounds each maybe?

Recovry,
Yea, hit me up at rally or sweet talk the wife into giving the A2 a spin. Bumper no. 5MT-43 [thumbzup]
I saw plenty of M151's under 2' tall.... after I ran over them with the M88 in the late 80's!

:tigger:

Any view of the t-shirts yet
I ordered them yesterday and am waiting for them to send me the proof.
As soon as they do and I OK it I'll post pics for all to see.
There will only be tan and black this year, no long sleeve gray unless I get enough orders to have them added.
There will also be no 3x or larger unless I get orders. I still have plenty of the 2013 ones left.
I have up until the 21st to add or change the order.
Thanks for your understanding in this matter.
Someone had asked about OD green but my vendor did not have that color in the American made shirts I use.
Once the T-shirt thread is up please don't comment until the proofs have been posted (in case I don't see it first).

Hey guys - I have been to the Rally the last three years, but never stayed. Got it worked out this year, and will bringing my two 13yo nephews. Yep, that means we gotta bring the atv's as well. We are staying in one of the primitive cabins. Talked to Clinto the other night and told him I would post this - so here it goes.

What is the item or items, that you most wish you would have brought with you - and did not?

This is probably gonna be a real interesting list!

Thanks,
Mike

mikeblac, my better half is very thorough and with the packing possibilities offered by an 8X12 bed that goes almost 6 feet in the air, I've never forgotten anything. Yes, there have been times that we overpacked and sometimes some items did not get used. The old saying, it's better to have it and not need it than need and not have it is her frame of mind which works good when you have a ton of space. She was never a logistictian and she's always been lucky to have extra space for a haul to an event like this. Since you're staying in a primative cabin, be sure to bring some flip flops for the shower room and be prepared to brace if the hot water heater goes out like it did last year.

Nope.....Clinto (the slacker) hasn't opened it yet. The vendor is also slacking, I didn't get the proofs yet.

I was waiting on pics/proofs. As soon as ya'll have it, I'll put the thread up.
