Ok folks, this is the official buy-sell-trade thread for the 2017 Ga. Military Vehicle Rally (17GMVR).

Post up here what you want to sell, what you want to buy and what you're looking to trade.


I'll start:

I'm looking to buy:
NOS multifuel engine in can
NOS or new repro M35A2 front harness

Looking to sell:
Brand new deuce cargo cover kits, 3 color camo, with metal dropside style bows, metal dropside style corners and fiberglass staves. Kits come with all hardware, everything you need except then troop seats. Covers need new super rope, which I may be able to source. $500 per kit. This is the modern one piece cover.

I'd like to go, but that's a long way to drive and eat the costs.

I have 40mm ammo cans. 56 on a pallet. $560 per pallet. This is less than GL gets for them on the east coast, and leaves margin for resale at a profit.

If I can get people to commit to 4 pallets then I'd be able to drive a 5ton there...

I and/or the rally can't help you with the sale or $$$, but I say to anyone that's on the other half of the country:

We love the opportunity to meet hobby members from faraway places and if there's a way the rally can assist, we'll do it. I've been trying to lure NDT out here for years. I think he just doesn't like us.

I also have a VRC92 set up. Two radios twin mount the aux amp mount and both amps. I do not have the antennae or cables. Good luck finding a 92 anywheee else. $8,000.


Also two HST4 special folks radio. One sat upload link in case. Selling all together for $7,000.

If you want to test them, bring your own batteries or whatever you need to test. I have nothing for them to fit in . They were powered up but it's been awhile.

Thank you so much for helping this old man out. i am trying very hard to figure out how things work here. Asking 550$ for Med. duty tow-bar and 950$ for the heavy duty tow-bar. 117$ for the steering tie rods for M939. and for the USMC Hemmt tow lifting bar 300$ for all 3 parts. Snatch block 299$ and will be very OBO and swap things out. also the monster tires look at 350$ each. The 11 ton trailer 2250$ OK thank you very much! James
