Okay wheel question

Two weeks ago I put together my HEMTT wheels and 46" tires, new gaskets, new air valves, and I put air in them and the pressure stayed. I went out today and all 7 of them were at 0 pressure and not on the truck yet. So how often do you have to fill these things? Or what could have possibly gone wrong in putting them together? The two sides of the wheel touch the bolts as far as they will go, the gasket set in the lip..... I'm at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Air it back up and see where the bubbles are with the soapy water.

Did you use the beadlock inserts? Sometimes the outer ring doesn't get seated all the way

Yes, I have the inserts..... Well if the outter ring didn't get seated all the way would I have to take it back apart and tighten it back down again?

Did you use any tire soap/grease when putting the wheels together? If you don't use any the wheels can easily leak down fast.

Both halves (referring to only the rim portion) of the 2-pc HEMTT wheels (NSN 2530-01-474-5564) are made from 5/16" steel strips, roller-bent, welded and then hot-rolled to final shape. I have found many of the welds were poorly ground, just where the tire bead comes to seat- and has to perfectly seal- against the rim. So even if you used the original beadlocks (2530-01-349-2058 ), I would check that area first.
(Best to use a wet sponge with some kitchen soap to create/apply foam and watch for bubbles growing.)

I have had minor air leaks, right there. Easy fix: push the bead back off, apply some PU-sealant to the weld and re-inflate.
