I picked up a cucv antenna mount kit from saturn surplus (last one) but I think they are still available on ebay. I haven't mounted mine yet, but it looks like all I need is some riv-nuts.
Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
Some members, myself included, are in parades on Independence Day.Hmmmmmm, an Independence Day rally? It doesn't get much more American than that with our military vehicles zipping around in the woods!

Good point. We can just make it a belated Indepenence Day the weekend afterwards. Some members, myself included, are in parades on Independence Day.
I can only imagine going through that storm in an old MV. I was in my 2009 Impala and I had to keep the speeds down or it was getting sketchy. I had a full car of people, and I had the traction control light come on going 55 in a straight line, had a ton of torque steer merging onto 78 (I almost switched lanes without trying!), and the brakes were marginal at best in the rain "fully loaded". That was some of the worst rain I've ever driven in.If one was us it was all I could do to see !!! Between the fogged windows (no cab heat), and the hit and miss wipers. I was lucky to see where we were driving.
Zipping around in the woods. I don't remember going over more than 8mph lolHmmmmmm, an Independence Day rally? It doesn't get much more American than that with our military vehicles zipping around in the woods!
We get it, advertisements are annoying!
Sure, ad-blocking software does a great job at blocking ads, but it also blocks useful features of our website like our supporting vendors. Their ads help keep Steel Soldiers going. Please consider disabling your ad blockers for the site. Thanks!
