Part # 14018671 Speedometer Seal (M1009)

I am preparing to change the speedometer cable, grommet, and hopefully, the seal (part#14018671) in my M1009. I cannot find the seal anywhere. No one seems to have the GM or ACDelco part in stock. Most places say out of stock, or call for availability. I haven't had any luck calling, or emailing, and have had orders cancelled from the few GM parts places that say they have it in stock online.
Is there a replacement part number, or a NAPA part number? I am failing miserably at finding the seal.

The seal may no longer be available. You might try calling a dealer to see if the number has been superceded.

I looked in a few parts explosions online and didn't see anything. This is a single lip seal on the tcase right? You may be able to pull it and try to get a number off of it. You can also look or measure for dimensions. Just because no one stocks it doesn't mean a seal doesn't exist. Any good bearing shop or even NAPA can get generic seals if the counter person has more than two or three brain cells.

They also want an arm and a leg to ship a small rubber seal which I was willing to pay, but not happy about.

I haven't given up yet. I have one order still pending and one availability email yet to be returned.

Does anyone know a source where one can order/buy Clark Brothers Instrument Company parts online? In CA or FL ?

Their Ratio Adapters should do the job when changing to larger or smaller tires... boy what a range of choices they have!
