Philippine Trip

The wife and I spent a couple months in the Philippines visiting family and friends for the first time in 4 years and took some pics of the Philippine Army Base on Siquijor Island. The Army has replaced their M715 trucks with the newer KIA KM 450 trucks. There are at this time no longer any M35A2 trucks at the base as these to have been replaced by a KIA variant. The Philippine soldiers stationed here have been busy helping clean up after super typhoon Odette came through last year. We had 2 typhoons come through while we were on the island, interestingly enough they named one after my wife, she liked that.

I enjoyed visiting there too. I thought they have been using the KM450's for at least 20 years?
