Pintle size mis-match. Easy fix??

How much of a mismatch? How about a die grinder and a carbide 1/4 burr run off the truck's air system? Might take some time but I bet those rings would cut ok. No idea what this would do to the tow rating. I am sure it would get an *empty* dolly home so you could change the eye at your leisure. I would rather change the dolly than the truck.
