Plastic air wiper motors - repair how-to

Very interesting article. However, when I can, I trash the plastic wiper motors as they are of the lowest possible quality and reliability. If they were so hot, GM would have used then on our locomotive wipers, but the Prime Mfg locomotive motors might be a better replacement then the plastic ones Uncle Sweet installed.

Do tell about the locomotive ones! What are the specs and where would one get those?

Are you referring to wiper motors in the PDF page 16?

Just pick-up some old style units. There are plenty around and when cleaned up last years !
