Or he could search a few threads that deal with whatever he is looking for and try to PM a few people and ask where he could find it.AS TO THE OP's QUESTION
I think until you get you 100 post count ya minus well look other places, Craigslist was mentioned, some niffty stuff shows up on there every now and again. Also try EBAY if your comfortable with that environment. Also google "Military Surplus" chances are there is some kind of surplus store near ya. What exactly are ya looking for anyways?? If its a vehicle then Goventment Liquidation is worth looking at. Theres a link to them right here on this site, Left hand side of your screen. Good luck in your search!!!
Also i believe you can still browse in the classifieds even without the 100 posts, so look through and PM the member if something catches your interest
And stick around and in no time you will have well over 100 Posts. Dont let these guys discourage ya Its really a great group of people here It just starts getting old seeing the same thread over and over, and everyone has a different way of dealing with it.
Anyways, WELCOME TO THE SITE lol

The rest of you that ask him what it is he is looking for. SEND HIM A PM. Don't ask for it in the public forum. You defeat the purpose of keeping the WTB ads out of the forums when people see that they will get a response.
With that said I agree we need a "wanted/looking for" section. But that too is going to get the same response, people signing up just to look for something and when they get it they disapear until the next time they need something.
Sucks to be the "new guy"
Welcome to the site. If you can get passed the initial razzing and "newbie" problems you will find out that we are not all that bad.
