Procedure to remove all the interior "hush" panels?

I tried to do some searching but I am not finding what I need, so I thought I would ask.

I may not have the correct name for them, but I want to carefully remove the interior "hush" panels, or whatever they are called. They are green and look like they are made of some kind of foam.

For my next project, I want to install some Dynamat type sound insulation under them. Of course I can use a razor blade and cut them out but I want to be able to reinstall them afterwards.

They do not look glued down, but I don't see what is holding them in. They are not in terrible shape except for one.

Here is what I mean on the driver's side. But I want to remove all of them.

Any help would be most welcome!

They're held in with screws and steel rods that run through them. It's simple to unbolt them and throw them away. Mine were very waterlogged and heavy.
I see those that run down the trans tunnel. But the ones one the floor, below the brake and accelerator pedals must be different. I don't see glue or bolts or screws? Maybe I am missing the obvious :(

On my M1123 the floor ones were held in by the strip and few bolts by the base of the seat, maybe a bolt by the top by the firewall, but I think it's just floating up there. Same for the passenger side. The rear ones are just floating.
