Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
You ever notice Jeeps are the only thing that has ever existed that use every single size fastener in existence in SAE and metric on one vehicle? That's great news!!! Gotta love sunny days and parts that go together correctly. The set I did were for a jeep I was working on so as usual everything is wrong with those.

CUCV's are the same. Standard on the body parts and standard and metric on the engine and transmission. You ever notice Jeeps are the only thing that has ever existed that use every single size fastener in existence in SAE and metric on one vehicle?
Yeah they'll use a 3/16 brake line and stick a metric thread on the end that's some weird thing you can't get. It's a jeep thing I'll never understand. You ever notice Jeeps are the only thing that has ever existed that use every single size fastener in existence in SAE and metric on one vehicle?

Questionable battery trays. We will see approach and use extreme caution. The holes were placed in the aprons with 000 buck shot. Not by me.

Same to you buddy , be safe ,be wellThe old yoke was wound with grass and needed a new seal anyway. Taking the axle out makes it easier to do and install the new leaf springs. Have a Great Week and Be Safe.
