I don't see any advantage to running propane on a NA diesel other than possibly gaining a more complete combustion process (which is complete speculation on my end). Without some type of forced induction, the stock 6.2 will only make as much power as the fuel you put into it. Meaning the point at which it starts to create soot in the exhaust is the maximum power output. Giving it more fuel (ie propane) will only make more smoke I would assume at that point.
Propane is a great fuel for spark ignited engines and I'm sure it plays a huge role in a turbo diesel application by cooling combustion temps, possibly even lowering the intake charge temp because it vaporizes below room temp. Other than that, I don't see how a stock 6.2 is going to gain ANY power from anything unless you change the volumetric efficiency (headers, turbo, pistons, etc.) and compensate with increased fueling.
