Proper gear oil for Russian AFV?

Flushing and replacing the transmission, transfer case, and some of the other things that require oil. What is a safe oil to use? I have ep90 hypoid gear oil in the axles. I know it’s an older vehicle so perhaps 80/90 but gl-4?

I could never recall the name or number for it, but there's something floating around out there known as the Technical Intelligence Bulletin (the full one, not condensed or consolidated) that was sort of an owner's manual type thing. At least I saw them in the Army, not sure where else. There's one for each Warsaw Pact vehicle and possibly each piece of equipment, compiled over the years. The only one I read extensively was on the MTLB so unfortunately I don't recall much about the BRDM2, as much as I'm fond of them.
