PS Pump m931A1

Having PS problems on a 931 250 cummins. Hard steering at an idle but turns fine at 1000rpm. found some metal cuttings in the check valve, stiffened the check valve spring, still not working at idle. any info on what that pump is or where to get a rebuild kit for it?

Is it a 250 cummins? I would be interested in a good PS Pump. Let me know what you would want for it.
