Pull Pal, a winch and the Bobbed deuce

Anyone used a pull pal with a bobbed deuce? The ones I have made weigh in at 10,400. The 14,000 pull pal is rated for 10K vehicles. Think it will be OK with the power of the PTO winch?

While I haven't used one (a pull pal) I think you would be ok as long as you only do single line pulls. Start adding blocks and all bets are off.
