Question about adding a winch to an M923a2 that never had one to begin with?

I would get the A1 winch if it is a good price and then you can have the drive shaft shortened, or trade the control and shaft like I did with Ddmk18. The PTO drive install was the worst part I think. The winch and frame extensions wasn't too bad just real heavy and you will have to drill two holes in your frame for bolts but that isn't even that bad.
